1. Increased-Safety Brushless Excitation Synchronous Motors
Developed in the 1990s as a key import-substituting product, this series covers a power range of 500~10,000kW and a speed range of 200~500r/min, featuring stable operation, safety, and reliability. With a domestic market share exceeding 80%, it is mainly matched with hydrogen compressors for hydrogenation units.
Representative Projects:
- 2 units of TAW6200-18/3250 (6200kW) large increased-safety brushless excitation synchronous motors for the 2 million t/a hydrocracking unit in PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical's 10 million t/a refining and 1.2 million t/a ethylene technical renovation project.
- 2 units of TAW3000-18/2600 (3000kW) large increased-safety brushless excitation synchronous motors for the 3 million t/a straight-run diesel hydrotreating unit in the same project.
2. High-Efficiency Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors
Available in three series (YBXn, YAXn, Yxn), these motors are a successful application of our export-oriented high-efficiency motor technology adapted for domestic medium and small-sized motors. They boast high efficiency, high power factor, low vibration, and low noise.
Representative Projects:
- All explosion-proof high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors for the delayed coking unit and vacuum gas oil hydrotreating unit in PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical's 10 million t/a refining and 1.2 million t/a ethylene project are supplied by our company.
- All units of Sinopec Tianjin Company's 1 million t/a ethylene project are equipped with our explosion-proof high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors.
3. Explosion-Proof High-Efficiency Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors & Motor-Generators
Our motor-generators are mainly used for energy recovery of main air blowers in catalytic cracking units within the refining industry, with a power range of 3000~20,000kW. This series offers excellent starting performance, high power factor, and the ability to automatically feed back electrical energy to the power grid.
Representative Projects:
- YFKS 1000-4 (12,000KW, 10,000V) motor-generator for the catalytic cracking unit renovation in Sinopec Guangzhou Company's sulfur-containing crude oil processing and clean fuel production supporting transformation project.
